Human Resources Internship

Our HR team is looking for graduate/soon-to-graduate students to join us and support the HRBP's. This is great opportunity to gain experience in HR field.

To become an intern at BAXI, your experience is not as important as your attitude and ability to collaborate providing fresh and new ideas.

 

You will provide support on

  • Assisting on the recruitment needs: advertising vacancies on the recruitment job boards approaching suitable candidates, CV pre-screening and conducting interviews
  • Support in the creation of dashboards and metrics
  • Identify opportunities for hiring process optimization and improve candidate experience
  • Collaboration in transversal HR projects
  • Assisting on CSR activities
  • Learning & Development initiatives
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studying a Bachelor's degree or Master preferred in HR or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum availability of 6 months
  • Availability of 20-25h/week
  • High level of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A passion for HR/people
  • Your mindset is about facing new challenges with optimism, energy and motivation (You will be part of a very dynamic environment!)

 

Based at the headquarters in Barcelona, the successful intern will get opportunities to gain insights and develop skills while providing valuable support in carrying out day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.
